Coaching is all about you! Our programs are designed to fit into your busy life and meet your individual needs. Partnering, we break through obstacles that have kept you stuck in the same story around your weight. Whether you have a weight loss goal of ten or one hundred pounds the journey will move you forward to finally master your weight goals.

4 week Take Charge! “Jump Start” Program

This program is suitable for those ready to embrace the four key foundation pieces in a results driven weight loss program.

  • Includes a personalized meal plan, identifying the “why” behind your motivation, creating a PLAN that supports weight loss and weight maintenance and  exploring the role of exercise and hydration during your program and beyond.
  • 4 – Weekly 30 minute coaching calls to keep you focused and on track.
  • 4 – Weekly email delivery of your topic and worksheet to further your “food for thought.”

12-week Take Charge! “Weight Management Program”

In addition to the four key foundation pieces from the “Jump Start” program, this program includes the basics for a sound nutrition plan that fuels and nourishes your body and results in weight loss. We’ll identify and build on the unique motivators for change and explore the beliefs that keep you stuck and impede the progress of changing your weight. We’ll define the steps necessary to keep you on track with weight loss or weight maintenance.

  • Includes a personalized meal plan
  • 12 – Weekly 30 minute coaching calls to keep you focused and moving forward.
  • 12 – Weekly email delivery of your topic and worksheet to further your “food for thought.”

4 week Take Charge! “Life Balance” Program

This program addresses Self-esteem, rebuilding Self-esteem, defining your authentic self and your next life chapter, exploring the “discomfort” of the head/body connection and re-discovering who you are.

  • 4 – Weekly email delivery of your topic and worksheet to further your “food for thought.”
  • 4 –  Weekly 30 minute personalized coaching calls.
